Fancy Baji (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an international-standard online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with the platform.

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted
• To update your account details, please contact customer support
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person
• Accounts may be subject to verification if suspicious activity is detected.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the services on Fancy Baji. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Fancy Baji may request identity verification documents — such as a National ID, passport, or other government-issued ID — at any time. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required, particularly at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Fancy Baji assures you this process is straightforward — verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Fancy Baji supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly. If there is any delay, please contact customer support with proof of payment.

Fancy Baji does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — Fancy Baji is not responsible for any such fees.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. Each bonus carries its own wagering conditions, which typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited
• Bonuses cannot be cancelled before wagering requirements are met
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited

In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a bet is cancelled due to connectivity or technical issues, the full amount will be refunded.

If Fancy Baji detects match fixing or unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to void the relevant bets and investigate the account.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Fancy Baji platform. These rules apply equally to all users, and any violation may result in account termination.

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Conducting transactions using another person's account
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime
• Registering with a false identity
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users

Fancy Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or submit required documents
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Fancy Baji will typically notify users by email before closing an account. However, in urgent situations or cases involving rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

If you wish to close your own account, please contact customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
